Lewis was sent to Camp Green Lake after getting caught breaking into a museum and Robbing it by stealing jewels.
At Camp Green Lake
While at Camp Green Lake, Lewis received the nickname Barfbag after vomiting on his bunk - the stain seen on the bunk Stanley Yelnats IV was issued.
One day, while digging his hole, he decided to get a rattlesnake to bite him so he could get out of Camp Green Lake.
After Camp Green Lake
He was replaced by Stanley Yelnats IV. Lewis was sent to a hospital to be treated for his bite and never returned to Camp Green Lake. What happened to him after that is he ran away from the hospital and recovered, its unknown how he escaped from the hospital, He is hinted in Stanley Yelnat's Guide to surviving Camp Green Lake.
